We were able to bring him there ourselves and bring him home the same day. Merlin was very kind and considerate of our feelings and conducted everything professionally and compassionately. Upon returning there that afternoon to pick up our boy in a very much smaller capacity, we were greeted by a beautiful pup at the front door, along with Merlin and it was a warm greeting. This was a very difficult process for us, as everyone loves their fur babies(aka family members) so very much. We arranged for a veterinarian to come into our home so that Lady could stay in her familiar surroundings and we could be with her when she passed. We also arranged with Merlin to come an hour or so later to take Lady’s body for cremation. Merlin showed up at our home exactly as planned, and he was very compassionate and caring in dealing with our loss. We live in Warman, and because Merlin and his business is located near by, he even offered to deliver Lady’s cremains to us. Lady left this world on a Friday, she was cremated the next day, and Merlin delivered her back to us by Tuesday evening. It is obvious that Merlin and his business care about pets, and they provide a great service at a very difficult time. We can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to deal with someone like this. We highly recommend Willow Creek Pet Cremations to anyone facing this difficult decision. They are 5+ stars all the way. Thanks so much!
